For the past few years the Council’s Human Resources Directors Division has tried to complete its most popular surveys, the region’s own Wage & Salary Survey, the Executive Department/Head Salary Survey and the Benefits Survey (together they comprise the Council’s Personnel Data Package) earlier. This year the stars have been aligned and distribution should be a month earlier than usual...Watch for the release and distribution soon. Well done, HR Directors.
